Think of me as your accountabilibuddy, here to help you maximize your potential and live the extraordinary life you deserve.

But first, let’s get one thing clear: this isn’t self-help. Self-help just…sounds bad, ya know? Self-help feels like that book your Dad gave you in middle school after some dumb kid didn’t invite you to their party, so you read it and were like, “I guess I didn’t get invited because I don’t have a firm handshake or squawk at myself in the mirror each morning about how ‘worthy of love’ I am…? I’m confused. I’m just gonna go back to watching Friends and eating Lays Baked Potato Chips because they’re low fat, which makes them healthy. Yay - I love the 90s!”

Yeah, no. This is a “personal development” blog, which is sort of like the cool, more evolved version of…whatever all that was. Here, at Health on the Rocks, I aim to offer practical, not-cringe-y insight and advice that doesn’t expect you to be perfect or to sacrifice a well-deserved cocktail every now and then.
